Navigating motherhood with confidence
Building wellbeing and resilience through every challenge
Have you recently had a baby and are you worrying about everything and feeling overwhelmed? Are you second guessing yourself and struggling to know what’s normal? Has it been a while since you had your children but you find you’re still preoccupied or bothered by the early postnatal period. If this feels like you, you’re not alone. You’ve come to the right place. We’re here to support you and guide you as you navigate this phase.
By joining us on this course you will gain skills and confidence, better understand yourself and your baby, feel more able to cope and navigate the challenges of parenthood, while also feeling supported and understood by others who are feeling this too.
As a midwife and perinatal psychologist we have the knowledge and tools to support you and to lighten the load. We are also mums who know what it’s like to have your life turned upside down.
