TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The following Terms and Conditions apply to our provision of CLOVERCARE antenatal courses, individual classes and home visits.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Our courses and individual classes are taught by fully trained midwifes and childcare specialists.

The content for CloverCare courses and classes are constantly updated to reflect current medical advice at the time and should not be seen to be giving you individual advice on your own pregnancy.  By attending our courses and classes you acknowledge and understand that the information you receive is of a general nature and does not replace individual healthcare advice provided by your NHS midwife, obstetrician or any other health professional who has access to your notes.  CloverCare does not accept liability for your dependence on any advice given.

No responsibility can be accepted by CloverCare for any loss, damage, expense or any other consequence which may arise as a result (direct and/or indirect) of reliance on any information or advice given by us either directly or on our website.

Booking Process and acceptance of terms

Bookings on CloverCare courses, classes and home visits are only secured once full payment has been received. All amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable, except in the event that a course that is booked does not take place or is discontinued due to an act or omission of an officer or employee at CloverCare, in which case a pro rata refund may be issued. No refunds can be issued for cancellations by the course participant.

CloverCare will ask for £150 deposit for their face-to-face antenatal & postnatal courses at the time of booking with the balance due six weeks before the course start. 

If the face-to-face course is taking place within four weeks of booking then full payment will be due immediately. Individual classes must be paid for in full at the time of booking.  All amounts paid are non-refundable except in the event that the course does not take place or is discontinued as a result of an act or omission of an officer or employees of CloverCare. 

No refunds can be issued to a course participant although CloverCare may use their discretion in exceptional circumstances, to return part or all of the payment made.  This does not extend to any classes missed due to premature or early arrival of your baby. In any event an administration fee will be charged.

All of our group courses and classes require a minimum number of participants to run. If for any reason these numbers are not reached you will be notified as quickly as possible and offered an alternative course or a full refund.

In exceptional circumstances, course and class times and dates may be changed. If the new time and/or date is not convenient to you we will try to offer you an alternative. If one is not available you will be given a full refund, less administration costs. In the unlikely event that the venue is changed and a new venue is found within 5 miles of the original, no refund will available. 

You will be asked to confirm that you have read these terms and conditions on the website booking form or in the confirmation email that we will send you.  This will be deemed as acceptance on your part that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.
